Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 11, 2026

Because all Gracefully Built products are delivered digitally, all sales are final. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions

Duplicate purchase: if you are accidentally charged more than once for the same product, the extra charge will be refunded in full. Please reach out within 14 days of purchase.

Download problems: if your file will not open, is damaged, or never arrived, a working copy will be sent to you. If the problem cannot be fixed, you will receive a full refund.

Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe through Kit, the platform that also delivers your purchase by email. If your card is not in US dollars, your bank may add a currency conversion fee.

Email hello@gracefullybuilt.co with the email address you used at checkout and the name of the product. If something is wrong with your order, please reach out first so it can be made right quickly.
